SpaDiag was built by someone who used to do hot tub repair callouts in person. Plenty of call-outs turn out to be something simple — a dirty filter, a tripped breaker — that the owner could have sorted themselves in a few minutes, if only they’d known where to look.

🚫 What we don’t do
We don’t carry out physical repairs or callouts ourselves. SpaDiag is a diagnostic tool, not an engineering service — for hands-on repair work, you’ll still need a qualified engineer, especially for anything involving mains electrics.
